Modules range from 25 to 50 minutes, broken into 5–10 minute lessons so you can watch in pieces. Total course length is roughly 4–5 hours.
Start with Modules 5, 6 and 7. They cover late pregnancy, delivery and the first 30 days. Then go back to earlier modules if helpful.
